As a former Research Associate at the Centre for Endangered Languages, Sikkim University, they have worked on some of the endangered languages from the Tibeto-Burman and Dravidian language families in India.

is currently a Research Associate cum Digital Archivist  at the Centre for Endangered Languages, Sikkim University, India. He recently submitted his PhD in Linguistics at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His research interests include Sociolinguistics of Endangered Languages, Linguistic Ideologies, Language Documentation, Description, Archiving and Lexicography. He has experience in working on the languages of the Himalayan region of the North and Nilgiris of the south. He also actively trains students and other researchers in documentary linguistics.
